Your credit card (or PayPal account) will be refunded for all product costs and tax paid, excluding original shipping. If your order was more than 120 days ago we will have to issue your refund via check.
Once you submit this form we will automatically VOID your certificate number so it will no longer be able to be validated by a flight school.
