Hi, I am going to a similar flight school (UND) which is argueably number 1 or 2 in the world SUPPOSIBLY for aviation.  Our undergraduate course for the commercial pilot major goes up to CFII (instrument flight instructor with commercial, multi-instrument privleges).  It is unlikely you are going to find a school with a B.S. degree that goes all the way through ATP (keep in mind that the FAA requires 1500 hours to take the test for ATP license, which is only required for being a captain of an airline catagory aircraft, not a first officer).  1500 hours adds up to a lot of money out of pocket.  The best bet is to get all the way through to being a multi-engine instructor and then build multi engine time PIC, which is what airlines are mainly looking at, and then your students pay for the aircraft rather than yourself.  Hope I have been a little help anyways Best of luck on your adventure!
