Hi everyone,
I'm Luke. I'm just getting started toward my Private Pilot Lic. I've always wanted to learn to fly and after year of jumping out of planes decided to see what its like to land one of these things. I LOVE IT lol. The real instigator to my going for my PPL was playing MS Flight Sim. Does anyone know anything about the package offered by Sporty's?

Hi Luke. I'm not familiar with the Sims but I want to say "Welcome!" I've heard from several differnet sources that those who have jumped usually do better in their pilot training than those who have not jumped.

I'm not the only one?!?! I just took my introductory flight yesterday and I am an experienced jumper as well. Looking forward to the journey. Good luck to you.

John, welcome to the group. How did your intro flight go? I took my intro flight on December 1, and I will be taking my checkride within the next 10 days or so. It's a wonderful, life-changing journey.
