Hi my name is Matt. Call me "Chili" I decided to get my PPL this year. I fly alot of flight sims IL2 in particular because of the WW2air craft. I all ready got the flight kit and went through it. It is very informative. I live here in WA state Bremerton. Im excited to get started. Is anyone familiar with this area? I could use a few pointers. The closest airport is Bremerton National. Do they have a good flight school? Nice to meet you all.
Chili out.

Hi Chili! Welcome! I'm kind of new, and on the other coast, but I share your enthusiasm and excitement. I'll be happy to try to answer any questions.

Welcome! I'm in the midwest and new myself. Right here in the middle of Kansas, in fact. We have airports all over the place if you ever fly here. I'm beginning the long haul to becoming an airline pilot. I'll look forward to hearing about your adventures

Hi Matt. Good to see you posting. Things seem to have slowed down here. I think many others live in areas where the weather has disrupted their training. Use this non-flying time to do ground school.  Grin It'll keep you motivated and focused. I speak from experience. I now have 23 hours and I'm having a blast!
