Hi All,

Found this site through Google and it looks GREAT. So I need some help from you guys.

Right now I'm going to be starting my senior year in high school, and I really want to take flying lessons. I don't think I want to be a commercial pilot but I would love a PPL.

Here's the problem. My parents are happy to support my interest in aviation as long as it involves me in a suit making gobs of money in an office. (Though the gobs of money part doesn't sound bad ) They're deathly afraid of GA apparently.

Any thoughts on how I can change their way of thinking?

(Btw, this isn't a money issue, I have the money saved, I just need permission).
