I recently flew my first plane it was a diamondair twin with a glass cockpit with the g1000. Im thinking of going to get my private licence, will it be hard going back and using traditional methods of navigation, avionics? Im assuming that I may have gotten spoild with the g1000, if anyone can let me know what flight training will have in store for me, it would be greatly appreciated.

It will not be hard going back and it will GREATLY make you a safer pilot.  It is still good to know traditional navigation if the computer goes down or you have electrical failure in the plane.  Besides it is more fun since you can get your co pilot to help Smiley

A recent study has found out that those know glass can transition faster to the steam gauges than other way around. You shouldn't have too much of a problem.  But just like the previous post...it will certainly make you a safer pilot.
