Hi all,

I did a introductory flight on Saturday and I got a bit air sick. This was my first flight in a Cessna 172 and we had heavy turbulence and the pilot warned me that we would have allot of turbulence during the flight. As a result of this I got air sick but not to the point that I had to throw up. My question is will this happen every time I go up and if so will it go away....?

I am now going to do my PPL with the aim to go all the way to CPL so I really need you  guy's to give me feed back and some advise on this one. Grin

Best regards,

Robert

Being airsick is very common for about the first 20 hours of flight training. So, it should go away, though it may take a little longer. To help not getting sick, get cold air blowing on you and watch the horizon as much as you can.
