Hi all this is dhruv from India ........

Well ..becoming a comm. pilot was my main aim in my life ....but to my shock ... there was a problem waiting for me.. i came to about it last month when i went for my Class 2 medical ...!
Well this problem was a very small one ... but enough for not letting me become a pilot.
I was having partial Color blindness .... ( CP 3 ) ...it was really very small prob.... I can see all the colors Smiley ..but still ! Sad

If you have any question about Pilot training do feel free to ask  me !

Thanx

Welcome to Pilot Journey and thanks for joining in here.

Here in the US we can ask a local FAA office to do a "manual" test for color blindness and people that can see colors usually pass that one.  Is there such a test there in India.

Yes there are a few like Lantern test   etc .... ! But i didn't go for them as i didn't want any problem regarding this in future... you see this is a pretty sensitive issue.
