Title: Good books Post by: ikkie on March 13, 2006, 04:23:34 PM Hi everyone...I am trying to get information on getting my pilot's license and was wondering what books are out there that are worth buying...just got back from barnes & noble and they didn't have much of a selection (surprising considering EAA is held a few miles away). Just looking for basic informative books meant for those wishing to get a pilots license...thanks!

Next try e-bay look for Gleim Pilot handbook and FAR/AIM these don't have to be current if you get them cheap. Join AOPA. "Everything Explained for the Professional Pilot in Plain English"...it can be found at most pilot shops or I even found a copy of it on ebay. |
