I need some opinions for teh pilot/pilot tudent society. I am 27 currently a professional health care providor. I have never been intrested in my line of work. Infact my sole dream was to be a an airline pilot since I was 3. Now, do you think taking that big caree change step is a good idea? how do I start? Where to go? Thanx. Lawyers too!! There is no problem with a career change in your mid twenties; I did it. I got my private license when I was 27, now I fly cargo. A lot more gratifying than my last job managing a credit union!!

First thing would be to contact an airline that you would consider working for and ask them for the best chance at getting hired program. You need a lot of flight time and flight time costs money.
