I have no leads for you within 100nm of your location, however the school which I presently attend is selling off most of the 172's, located in New Brunswick, Canada. The price varies per aircraft, based on of course the equipment installed and the such. If you have further interest please feel free to let me know and I'll set you in touch with the appropriate representative. I hope you do find what your looking for!!!  Best of Luck!!
