I have been dissapointed in the club, school and rental offerings in my area (KMYF) in San Diego with respect to more advanced aircraft. Does anyone know how or where to get training or time in planes like C210's A36's Twin Cessna's 300 or 400 series?  An obvious catch 22 scenerio: insurers want time it type if you want to rent or own more advanced planes.
172's and PA28's are fun, but sometimes one wants to go places in a hurry with the ability to carry a family of 5.
