I don't think this section is really the right place but it is the closest to my topic so I will just post here..

I am looking to move to germany in two years -- Will my license be valid there if I get my private license here?  Or what if I stay here and get my MEI and CFI?  Will I be allowed to fly in germany? What are the procedures I must go through?  Would you recommend learning to fly in germany or here in the USA?

Thanks

I am not sure but this may fall under the rules of the JAA.  Google it and see if this may be the right source for the information you are looking for.
