Independent flight instructor (CFII) specializing in primary, sport and tailwheel instruction. Paul Berge owns and flies a 1946 Aeronca 7AC Champ. Teaches ground school (Private and Sport Pilot) at South Western Community College (SWCC) in Osceola, Iowa. Paul Berge has been a pilot since 1975, is a former FAA air traffic controller (1979-1997) and is the author of the aviation books: "Bootleg Skies," "Ailerona," "the Logbook" and "Inside the Circle." His newest book, "Private Pilot Beginner's Guide" will be released in February 2010 at Lulu.com Paul Berge is on the National Board of Directors of the Antique Airplane Association and is VP of the Iowa Aviation Promotion Group (IAPG)
