Greetings future pilots!

I am an independent flight instructor serving the Los Angeles and Orange County areas at Long Beach Airport.  I have been a flight instructor for 18 years.  During that time, I have had the privilege of helping individuals like you obtain the Private Pilot License and advanced pilot ratings.  I have trained teenagers, adults, and senior citizens from all walks of life and backgrounds.

The discovery flight you will take or give as a gift will include a short ground discussion where I will explain the lesson and the events of the flight.  We will preflight the airplane together and you will gain familiarity with the aircraft.  In flight, we will perform the fundamental flight maneuvers and you will fly the airplane and operate the controls.  In addition to the satisfaction of actually flying the airplane, you will get a great view of the Long Beach/LA area.
