We have been in business for 10 years. From 1999 to 2008 we were based at the Roanoke Regional Airport as LC's Flying Services. From July of 2008 to the present we are proud to be based at the Virginia Tech/Montgomery Executive Airport, doing business as New River Aero. We have 4 fight instructors, one A&P mechanic, and one IA (Inspection Authorization) mechanic. We love the aviation industry. Blacksburg is in the Blue Ridge Mountains and is a beautiful location. Our airport is a great place to land and visit with all the friendly aviation enthuisiasts. KBCB offers great fuel prices and sits adjacent the to the Virginia Tech Campus. A great place to fly in and go to a football game or just visit the beautiful campus. We currently use two Cherokee Warriors for flight training and aircraft rental. We are unique to this area in that no one else is offering aircraft rental to the general flying public. Come take a check ride with one of our instructors to join the list of quailfied renters. Our growing list of students range from High School Students, college students, Air Force Caddets, business professionals, housewifes and retirees.
