College Degree
For those pursuing a college degree, Delta Connection Academy has joined forces with Jacksonville University, Bridgewater State College, Broward Community College and Sinclair Community College to offer two-year associate's degrees and a four-year bachelor's degree in aviation.

The Bridge Program
Delta Connection Academy, in cooperation with several regional airlines, has developed an Airline Transition Course with the purpose of preparing relatively low-time pilots for the transition from light aircraft to regional jet airline operations.

Financial Aid
Delta Connection Academy is fully accredited by the Accreditation Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT), so we offer you many financial aid sources that can help you get the funding you need for your pilot training.
You are welcome to apply with the lender of your choice, or let us do the work for you. Simply fill out our easy one-page Financial Aid Application form, and we will be in contact with you to determine the best loan source for your flight school education.
For those who qualify, our lenders can provide up to 100% of your pilot school tuition, housing and living expenses. Best yet, with certain loan sources, you do not have to begin repayment until 6 months after graduation.

History
In 1989, Comair acquired Comair Aviation Academy and invested millions of dollars so they could have the most qualified and well-trained pilots available. In 2003, Comair Aviation Academy became Delta Connection Academy. The new name reflects the academy's expanding role in training flight crew candidates for consideration by the broad group of Delta Connection carriers. Delta Connection Academy has been recognized for its first-class training facilities, incredible safety record and commitment to education. After all, we train our students to the same standards of the airlines.
To support the Academy's broader mission, we recently expanded our learning center and added new Frasca 141 and 142 aircraft simulators and a Jet-Transition simulator to prepare students for regional jet operations. With more than 300 regional jets in its fleets, Delta Connection has the world's leading regional jet network.
Delta Connection Academy has more than 700 students. Our main campus is in Sanford Florida, near Orlando. A wholly owned subsidiary of Delta, Delta Connection Academy has produced more FAA certificated pilots in the past four years than any other flight school in the world. With a fleet of more than 110 aircraft, Delta Connection Academy has trained students from 86 different countries and has placed pilots with 26 airlines.
